I read about a tomato variety named Annie on the Tomatoville site. It had been grown in hot, dry conditions in Australia and had performed very well.
Have any of you heard of this variety or tried to grow it here in the U.S.

I have heard of it and remember some company offering seeds for sale. I didnot think it would do much in the southeast as heat is only one of our problem . Hu,id condition cause more damage than heat ever could. If you find this seed keep us posted.

I have a tomato in my collection called tropi-red that is supposed to handle and set fruit in very High humidity and very high heat, I haven't started any seed for it yet and only have just a few, but if anyone is interested for next year then I will grow it out this year for seed and get you some seed this fall. -Alan
