My friend says he has seen striped cucumber beetles already. His garden is about 7-10 days ahead of mine. I still have all my squash/cukes in pots on the deck. I already bought the diatomaceous earth. Should I sprinkle some where I will be planting the squash? Or treat the plants after they are in the ground? I will also start some radish plants to put near them. It can't hurt, right?
