kdcomm.net/~tomato/releases/This site has just a few new(?) releases, and they are all (I think) brandywine crosses. I'm glad I stumbled across it, because it might save me some time... And these could be good pollen sources for new crosses. Whatcha' think? They sound tasty to me!

Johno,
The tomatoes are bred by Keith Mueller who posts as KCTomato at TomatoLand. You are correct about the parents of Gary O'Sena and Dora which devolve I think from an original cross of Brandywine x Cherokee Purple and are great open pollinated tomatoes now. Look how beautiful Gary O'Sena is!
I think Purple Haze has Black Cherry as one parent. Not possitive though.
Laurel also sells a golden tomato I think named after her, something like Laurel's California Gold, some such thing, that Keith selected from a segregating line of the original cross of Brandywine x Cherokee Purple. He also has several selected lines going forward from that original cross and you won't believe some of the shapes, sizes and colors that have shown up.
Keith's work, methods, encouragement and friendship have been the inspiration for my dabling in tomato crossing.
Bill

Well, Keith sure has his head screwed on straight. What a classic cross to start with!

There are defietly some nice crosses in there, I just wish some of the tomato folks would branch out a bit and start work on some new stuff, I think we have plenty of tomatoes, time to work on other food plants just a little? Having said that.... absythe is a brandywine cross I did.
