Love the daylily and coneflowers.
I have tried for 5 years to get a picture of butterflies on my butterfly bush and always when I snap the camera they fly away. Just wasn't meant to be I guess.
You have some beautiful flowers.

That is a liatris pycnostachya that I grew from seed maybe 3 years ago. They are real butterfly/bee magnets, with very long bloom. I have them in a spot that is much too rich for them, and then with all the rain we have had this year they aren't standing. Pretty all the same I think. I can save you seeds if you would like, if it dries up enough to collect any. I am thinking of just packaging up a collection of seeds to send out rather than trying to keep track of who wants what.

I have a type of liatrus but it's not that spectacular. Well, if ther are packages left over... but count me low on the priority list. Mostly, I'm into edibles but if you were actually to stand in my garden, you would think I also have a goodly interest in decorative plants too.
