video.pbs.org/video/1283872815/here is that pbs thing with micheal pollan talking of apples, marijuina, and potatoes heres another called deep agriculture, I didnt watch it yet, but I had the link so I posted it.... fora.tv/2009/05/05/Michael_Pollan_Deep_Agricultureand happyskunk, glad someone found value to those..... Ive been watching this video, LOTs of good stuff, but lots of junk to. He is right about fossil fuels, and our needs to change our food systems but global warming is a myth. As well as he researched the rest, that should have been obvious to him. the reasons are it is not sutanable and is poison, to our food, our soil air, and water. co2 warming is not real....

Did any of you have the opporotunity to watch "The Botany of Desire" on PBS last week? If not, be sure to find a way to watch it, some good things were covered. The apple section was very nice and it was wonderful to see my friend Phillip Forsline on television.
The section on Marijuana was terrific as well.
I have no desire to smoke it anymore, but boy do I wish it was legal, just to grow some of the hybrid varieties for ornamental purposes and investigate breeding with it.
