Even though I am highly critical of Michael Pollan I think this may be a great documentary, particularly given the section on apples and indeed Marijuana.

Philip Forsline from ARS GRIN Geneva, a good friend of mine, will also be featured along with the historical John Chapman (appleseed).

I caught The Botany of Desire on PBS. I thought it was fantastic. I would love to visit the potato growers in South America. I love the angle that plants have really used us to further their survival and evolution. Just looking at the way Marijuana has evolved in a short period of time is amazing.
