G’Day All! I reckon I have 20 to 30 packets of Tomatofest varieties yet to grow out. In our season just ended I grew out Tobolsk and Greek Domata. Both were excellent varieties (and grew true to his descriptions) with great flavor and good yields. You can see pics at store.tomatofest.com/Tobolsk_Tomato_Seeds_p/tf-0502.htm and store.tomatofest.com/Greek_Domata_p/tf-0220.htm respectively. Gary Ibsen is also offering a variety I developed myself, Polish Pastel. You can see a pic at store.tomatofest.com/Polish_Pastel_p/tf-0398.htm. I don’t know where Gary got his seeds of Polish Pastel from but it wasn’t from me. There are two versions of Polish Pastel. The first version to appear in my garden as a volunteer is an elongated plum shape with pastel apricot and rose pink hues. The second version is a shape mutation of the original. It produces larger, more rounded fruits that are heavily fluted. This is the version that Tomatofest is offering.
