Hi,
There is a nursery in California which sells benchgraft apple trees at a good price ($10) and they have some varieties I'm looking for. But, they have to charge an inspection fee for out of state shipping which would add substantially to my order costs. If they have other orders going out of state, they can inspect at one time and spread the cost around, hint, hint, hint. Or, if some one of us happens to live in California and would be willing to forward my order to me ... Or, I could place a large order and split it up myself and reship, although with newly grafted plants, it would be better if they did the packaging, I'd hate to mess them up.
Of course, you have to have a minimum order of 10 trees.
