Does anyone grow zucchini for the flowers? What ways do you eat / cook them? I just got some seeds for a variety called Zucchino Da Fiore (A sport of San Pasquale variety). This variety is grown for the flowers.
This is going to be on my grow list this year. I've never eaten zucchini flowers before. I'm thinking stuff them with mushrooms, peppers, and roasted garlic?

You can saute' them just like that (with a bit of butter and garlic) or fried it like tempura (with batter coating) or stuff with cheese-mushrooms-herbs or chop up and add in omelette...yummm.

You can use any kind of squash flower. But you want to pick them really early in the day before they totally open. Just store in a plastic bag in the fridge until you're ready to cook them.
