OK,
I got this slaughtering and cleaning chickens, rabbits, and even squirrel thing down.
What I need now is advice on slaughtering turkeys.
I have three this year which are going to make a wonderful couple of holiday feasts.
Are the methods pretty similar to chicken?
Any help would be appreciated!

Alan do ypu dry or wet pick. If you wet pick the water should be slightly cooler than for chicken. Say around 185F.
