I saw this done in a library book and I gave it a whirl for Flowerpower's birthday card.
Just cardstock (or in this case, bristol board), acrylic paints and feathers off the poultry barn floor. The damaged ones give a more interesting profile on the page.
I tried to buy some seedpaper card stock at the farmer's market, but they didn't have any 'blanks' for sale...
But this worked!!
