For mead or wine? Kim and I made our own for our first few batches of mead, just took some five gallon used food grade buckets that we got from the local bakery and drilled a hole about a half inch up from the bottom and added a spighot and then drilled a hole in the lid for the rubber stopper (made for a carboy) and the airlock. They are working great and only cost about six bucks to make. I'll throw some pics of them and our mead making experience up on the blog soon: homegrowngoodness.blogspot.com
