They'll come in handy during the hollidays. Although it's not really homemade or organic I find a few multivitamins, a couple aspirin and as much water as I can drink before bed to reduce or elliminate the hangover. I think the key is replacing the lost vitamins and water.

Stay away from the sodas...Just drink the bourbon and leave the 7 to the kids. And champagne at midnight after a dozen beers is definitely hangover material, owieowieowie...

That old rhyme from my high school and college days always seemed to work... "liquor then beer, never fear, beer then liquor, never sicker." I maintain that after drinking, a lot of water before going to bed and a hearty breakfast in the AM have made me hangover free for most of my life.

well I used my vitamins and water method last night and I'm good today. The bottle of Jim BEan select doesn't look too full though
