There are things we wanted from Grow Italian anyway. The Diamond looks much better- nice and skinny. Thanks Blue. I think one of the others I was considering was Ping Tung from BC. It looked interesting.

I have PingTung too, but they are just wee at this point. I'll bring the container in the house when the weather turns cool again and let it finish out the season there so I can save seed from it. I turned my only Black Beauty and my first PingTung into Ratatouille last night. Haven't made it in years and I used the first recipe I could find. Smelled good, but it was kinda bland. Found another recipe later on, so I added more herbs and extra tomatoes. I'll see tonight whether I've ruined the stew or not. But definitely making a mental note which one to use for next time. Duh

Add San Marazano Paste tomato and a yellow roma type and an orange roma type tomato to my want's list.
