I loved making sour dough but now that we are gluten free (my 3 year old is Celiac), I am curious if I can make a sour dough bread with any gluten free starters. Teff? Amaranth? Anyone?
	Garden is a clearing in the woods grading from shallow, rocky soil supporting a maple bush to a pine forest planted on sandy soil and a clay bottomland with spruce and tamarack.
