I could not fit the turkey we got into are fancy new toaster oven so I sliced and diced it and put half in a crock pot with water, beer, bay leaf, and garlic. The other half I put in a baking dish with Asian pear, onion, orange, garlic salt, pepper, olive oil, and covered with foil. Oh man I'm getting hungry! I won the turkey lotto and will have more turkey to cook this month. Does anyone have any good recipes for cooking turkey. I do not have a full sized oven so it will have to be fancy toaster oven, large crock pot, or steamer. Need to find my pressure cooker and deep fryer.
