Hello everyone,
Firstly, it might be good to mention that I am Klorentz niece. I love all the things he grows in the garden and with his guidance I help where I can but would love to learn more and become an active part of your community. I'm 20 (21 in Jan.) and a mother of 2. I have a daughter: Audree who is 2 and a son: Jacob who is 10 months.
I also have 3 dogs and a cat. I am starting college as soon as I can come up with my entrance fees and I'm going to be studying to become a dog trainer and veterinary assistant. I enjoy every day even through bad times because you never know what the next day will bring. I'm big into hot peppers, they're my favourite, I hope to learn a lot and make some good friends here!
Thanks for having me, Malissa

Welcome Malissa and if you need any seeds or advice, just say so, it is a family here...and your kids will love and enjoy the garden. Just have your 2 years old put a few potatoes in the ground and give your daughter the joy of harvesting them, potatoes are magic for young kids, they end up sooooo friggin proud

I love hot peppers too. My two little ones are a bit bigger than yours - 6 and 4 - and I remember those early days well.
Welcome!

Welcome. You will certainly have your hands full with two youngsters and school. Hope you get time for gardening. Let us know if we can offer any help along the way.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I'm setting myself up with a small garden behind Kev's this year to see if I can do it on my own. Hopefully it works out. There are a couple of seeds I'm looking for and of course any and all advice on starting out would be greatly welcome.
