Hello! Boy, am I glad to find this site! I am Janet from southern Ind. After being raised on a farm with lots of sunshine, I am now living in a woods and totally lost! For 6 yrs. I have planted this and that only to have disapointment year after year. Even the plants that say 'for light shade' do not live. We have brought in plants from the woods (ferns, etc.) but I sure would like a little color and more plants around the home.
I am middle age now, musician (in a band) consider myself an 'artist'.
I hope to make some new friends in the area (not done very good so far) and learn more about the area and what plants I can plant that will make our home more inviting. Janet

Thanks All! John, I sing, play piano/keys in the band. We are a new band of seasoned, pro musicians coming together for a common purpose-to just have fun and play out. We play alot of country but also a variety of other types of music to like rock, blues, oldies. . just whatever the occasion calls for. What do you play? Do you sing too?

Thankfully, I don't sing much. As you can see from my nickname, I mostly play guitar. As we are seasoned (mature), we play a large variety of music, as well. Only played out once last year...
