I have a produce table/tables covered with a beach umbrella in the summer to get rid of excess produce. Some weeks last summer it brought in quite a bit. By the end of the season there was theft. I am looking (again) for a locked box that can be nailed to the table and can have a hole made in the top. I can't find anything quite right. If anyone has a suggestion please let me know.

Would you be able to make one out of wood? That's what I'd probably do.
And, I'd empty it frequently.

One guy up here sells 55 gal burning barrels. He has a little box with a padlock mounted on a post. Looks like a mailbox. Just a small slit on the lid to drop in the cash.

Good ideas but I actually have to find them! I just am not finding anything on a search. I might get someone to make one out of wood I guess.

At the local parks they have what for all practical purposes is a hollow steel square pipe. It is capped at the top, has a locked access at the bottom, has the mailbox slit at the top, and a locked access at the bottom. It is cemented into the ground.
Not sure if cementing something into the ground is feasible for you or not. You would need to know a welder.
