Picked up a used book yesterday. The Collected WRitings of Edward Bach...the man who discovered The Bach Flower Remedies, edited by Julian Barnard, Published by Bach Educational Programme I know the basics about his remedies, but this book includes letters he wrote to colleagues during the early days of the remedy development. As well of course, as info on which flowers for what ailments and which combinations to use. Even the basics on how to mix and administer the remedies. Should be interesting reading. I've heard some talk about Rescue Remedy but am looking forward to feedback on the others.

Wendy, it is quite popular in France, where what we ignorant north americans call alternative medecine is not that alternative...
My friend Muriel uses them with great success...

Michel, I can understand that. There are a few European varieties of flower listed in the remedies that I had to look up. Apparently quite common on the Continent but unheard of here. Guess I had best not need to cure those ailments,

i am growing some of his herbs in my garden. I find it interesting to feel and look at this special herbs and maybe make contact with them. Mr Edward Bach did the same with his herbs.
