johnosbloggo.blogspot.com/johnosblog is usually about gardening in some form or fashion. I'll be covering the slow progress on my greenhouse this winter, along with whatever other garden-related topics cross my mind. As the ice thaws, I'll be writing mostly about observations from the garden - how certain varieties are performing, what's bugging me and how I deal with it, etc. Please have a look and leave your comments. I hope you enjoy it. My intention was to write something daily, but it turns out a couple times a week has been the average... [By the way, by clicking on the Google ads, you are helping me generate a little income in one of the few ways I am able these days. You don't have to buy anything, just have a look at any of them that might seem interesting. Thank you!]

Florida Broadleaf mustard is a standard that I found in a local feed store. It wasn't as cold hardy as the others...
Just wanted to let everyone know there's a new post about my January garden activities.

Nice blog entry Johno. I think I might have to look into growing some of those Jerusalem Artichokes, I'd been thinking of it for a bit, but will all my interest in trying out Yacone, Maca, and Oca this year I think I'll definetly give them a try.

Johno, would you be interested in selling a few of those chokes? I was wanting to get some, I would just as soon send you some money as a seed company. Karen
