A while back someone mentioned Novosel Enterprises for items such as jiffy pots, cell packs, carrying packs, labels, pots, and other gardening supplies of this genre. One of the comments I recall being made was "They have free shipping for orders over $75, but you really have to buy a lot to get to the discount!"
I checked out the site and discovered several items that I needed at the time. I placed my order and within 5 business days from ordering, I received the package. I was very pleased with both the product and the service. I have placed 3 more orders since the original one.
My last order was for flats with holes and web flats. When I unpacked the order, several days after receiving it, I discovered that instead of sending me the web flats requested, they had sent me flats without holes. I sent an email explaining the mistake to the customer service department. Today, I received both an email response and a shipping confirmation. Joseph, from Novosel, wrote to apologize for the mistake. He also said to please keep the no hole flats as a compliment and that the web flats would be sent right away. The shipping confirmation was for the corrected item.
I really appreciate the excellent service I've received from Novosel. Particularly since they immediately sought to correct this error without excuse or equivocation. I encourage anyone who has need of supplies of this sort to do business with Novosel. I feel certain you will receive the same excellent quality service I have.
