I'll plug mine now. It is persimmonpudding.com...seemingly one dork's persimmon sickness...but if you poke around, you'll soon see that as long as humans have been in the native range of persimmons, they have relied upon them and relished them. I am slowly working on some other single-plant sites, but they will not be online for about a year or so. I'm slowly chasing historic leads on persimmons.
