That another tomato forum -(Tomatoville) has gone back to the members only forum viewing instead of open viewing where anyone could view the topics without being a member except for about two or three members only sections.

So that if you go to the forum now-it is members only viewing straight across the board, I wonder why they have done that as I thought it was a pretty general thing now across all the tomato forums to have an open viewing situation.

Sorry to dig up an old thread. But i was just curious to know if anyone here is an admin at tomatoville?! I can't seem to get anyone to activate my account. I've been trying for ages. Ironically so i can post to a thread about peppers. I myself find tomatoes to be rather unintersting. Just figured i'd ask.

It seems like Tomatoville goes months on end without approving new members, and then one day they approve 100, and then wait for months again before approving a new batch...

Well it looks like the squeaky wheel gets the cheese. After many attempts at contacting the admin i finally got approved.
