White blackberry

Has anyone heard about or better yet have a white blackberry?
Luther Burbank has perfected one so it says in this article:

you can use the 'search' button on top of the page to search for things, you will have to change things a bit (the number of days for instance), but you'll find some info on this whit blackberry. If it doen't work, send me a PM (don't hesitate to use Flemmish...). Alan should have it according to this:

Do you still have that one, Alan, did it grow well? I'm interested in it as well, but first I'll search the European maket, it should be circulating around here... Meanwhile, I'm still looking for rubus glaucus, I order this fom GRIN every year but they don't send it, I dpn't know why....?

I once went to the Luther Burbank Center in Santa Rosa quite late in the year. Checked out the white blackberry vines, but there was only one pitiful three-globule berry. It really was credibly white, but not big enough to get any sense of scent or flavor.

Yes, I have the infamous "Snowbank" last year was my first year growing it so no fruit until this year, but the plant did grow extremely well and I got several new starts to expand from it.

I also have one called Nettletons creamy white as well as another called White Beauty, all should bear fruit this season, I plan to take lots of pics and update frequently, eventually I'll offer all of them for trade here and on the blog.
