Dear CSA Managers, The Department of Applied Economics at Utah State University is conducting a study to evaluate the potential for extending the farmers market season in the Intermountain West/Great Basin, as well as the profit potential for season extension production techniques (such as high tunnels). We are asking vegetable/fruit producers in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho to complete a short survey, taking approx. 5-10 minutes to complete. If you could forward this to your farmer members we would greatly appreciate it. Participation in the survey is completely voluntary.
