changed my mind cause of reading that they can be a little unruly. Instead I cleaned out a new spot on the other side of the driveway with the burdock and horseradish. Wonder which will win? Sounds like it will be a knock-down, drag-out fight.

It should be fun, If anyone looks to be losing dramatically I'll establish a mowed neutral zone.

Since I haven't got my permanent tags up yet and don't trust my self not to lose my notes.

Every single one of my sunroots is up nice. Range from 4 - 6 inches or so tall except one that a rabbit or deer bit off but it is recovering. I stopped mowing or weeding around them so the weeds and crass provide camouflage. The sunroots are the tallest thing in the area but apparently not standing out against clear ground hides them well enough. I suspect they will quickly out grow everything else so if it was deer and not rabbits I may have to do something else when they get a lot taller. Kinda was in hopes the critters would not bother them but apparently not the case.
