My you have been busy! Thanks for that. Sometimes I get a brain fart and I can't remember the name of a seed company. This should help stir the synapses. I'm sorry to see that Long Island Seed Project is still not up and running. My favorite tool company is www.redpigtools.com/He made my broad fork and fixes everything I break and idiocy like teenagers playing Thor's hammer with the sledge.

May I suggest the Swedish tiny seed company Runåbergs Fröer www.runabergsfroer.se/They have a selection of locally heirlooms still good to grow and eat. Although Swedish language, they will understand English.

Are you looking for specific types of sites such as organic, heritage? If not, here is a list of mail-order suppliers that I just compiled for my blog if you'd like to cross reference. I've noticed several not listed on your site. There are a few: Acorus notably that are often listed as mail-order but I suspect aren't. veggiepatchreimagined.blogspot.com/2012/01/sourcing-plants-and-seeds-part-iii.htmlAlso I notice that you don't list Seeds of Victoria, Richters, Mapple Farms, and various French-Canadian ones like La societe des plantes and tourne-sol. Seeds of Diversity has a good list of Canadian links. The UK one missing is Realseeds (unless I missed it) and Agroforestry Research Trust. This is quite the list you are compiling!

I've updated my gardening websites page with about 50 new sites. Impressive list. Link pages are hard... It's easy to accumulate links, but setting up a page that encourages use, not so much... I stopped work on my links pages almost as soon as I set them up... I almost feel inspired enough to add that to the list of projects I want to tackle on my site.... Are you associated with the sandhill project mentioned on your index page? I expected native xeriscape plants when I clicked over... Was ready to start ordering... Edit: I linked your list... I think it may be a little easier to use than google... I would like to see you make it more informative.... link lists are difficult... We all post the great links we find, and then discover that the lists are unusable because they aren't organized, or don't give enough information. By information, I mean.... Our personal experiences (if any) with the site posted, and some idea of what can be found on the site.
