I am a new member here, although I have been reading posts here for a while. This place is great. 
I am still a student, hoping to find my calling in some plant-based field. I have experience growing most of the common garden vegetables, and my favorite plant is bamboo. I also love anything perennial and edible.
This year I am hoping to start a few different C.maxima squashes and let them crossbreed, for some interesting landraces. I want to try perennial grains as well, for fun, and for research.
