Apparently both seeds and bulbils are available for this one. Does anyone know which is easier/better to start plants from?

If you want to use root for food same year, plant one year old tuber. Just keep them seed is much easy and cheap to plant . Keep 1 foot by 1 foot at least ---when plant both seed or bulb.
