Who has the time to act like this? I'm going to bet that when this guy Twigg moved in, he disrupted either a still operation, or a meth lab. Based on where they live, that wouldn't be unusual.

He probably doesn't feed the poor dog. My town does not have a noise ordinance. They voted it down last yr as a matter of fact. They do not want to hear complaints about snowmobiles or ATVs.
