I have had a pretty bad time growing peas with the striped gophers around. I noticed mature peas today out of the blue! I hope they don't find a way to reach them! I grew tall varieties but was afraid to uncover and stake them for weeks so they didn't get as tall. In the foreground is one row of pole beans but as of today they look diseased for some reason. Really yellow and brown. Never had that before. I plan on spraying some fungicide on them.

Could you post a pic of the beans you think may be diseased, there are many possible reasons for the yellowing and browning...aside from disease. If it is bacterial, a fungicide won't do any good.... Jim

Sure. The only pic I have now is the one there but you can't really see them in the lettuce.
