I'm thinking of undertaking the massive project of building a greenhouse for winter tomato grow outs. The big question is of course heat. Those of you with greenhouses, I'd love your opinion on minimum/maximum/optiomal temperatures that need to be maintained for growth, flowering and fruit set/ripening.

I've read that below 10°C they don't grow. I keep a tomato or two indoors in winter and night time temps in the house get down to 6°C. The tomatoes grow, but slowly of course. I get good light levels though being at about 30° south of the equator so that may account for the growth.
