hit less than 5 miles from us! We're okay here, no damage - just power outage for about 4 hours. Had high winds, VERY torrential rain. Eight homes here in Crawford County damaged or destroyed, 2 folks injured critically, no fatalities (Thank God)! Definitely crazy weather for February ....

I'm glad to hear you guys are okay!!! It really is crazy weather isn't it. Hear in Indiana we had Tornadoes one week, the next week a nasty ice storm, and then the next week we had more tornadoes. Yesterday it rained and was like 62 degrees, we have a chance of snow flurries tonight, and on wednesday night we have a chance for snow. And people say that global warming/climate change doesn't exist.

we had tornado warnings for a county NE of us in Central Ohio.
We got no bad weather, though.

Last night I made a milk run at 11 pm ... 57F and light rain.
It's now a little before 10 pm ... 25F and two inches of snow on the ground.
If you don't like Ohio's weather, don't worry, it'll soon change.

This has been an ongoing pattern for some time now. It seems like every 5 days, a new Squal line developes outside of Houston, then gets turning in LA, rolls thru MS up into TN......next day AL gets it, then GA, SC, NC.......Please, I cant take it much more!!!!!.....I need summer, so then we can complain about how hot and dry it is....right?

Ice storm tonight. Left work early cause roads were already getting bad at about 12:00. So much so that Louisville is all but shut down. My brother had his first wreck as he was leaving school... ( he goes to College at Louiville Tech) He was afraid he wouldn't get stopped at an intersection so he tried to go on through it. Slid into a pole and some bushes. He's fine...Not to sure about his car yet. Mom and Dad have went down to pick him up....
