I had tons of Joe's Long Cayenne peppers make it up to a frost. I pulled the plants this week and have them hanging to dry but most of the peppers left on the plants at the end were green.
Anyone have any problems using seeds saved from fully developed but green peppers?
I'd like to have some trade stock for you all...

I tried some from a very green unripe pepper I got in Cuba last year. It didn`t have a lot of fully developed seeds but the ones it did have germinated fine.

Once you've got your seeds nicely dried down, take a few and do a germination test.
