Had our 1st regular market of the season and it was, by far, the best opening day we have ever had.
We sold out of everything except 3 bunches of chives
Took 11 pints of strawberries at $4pt, 8 6oz bags of spring mix at $4ea, 24 1/2 pound bages of spinach @ $4ea, 22 1/2 pound bags of lettuce @ $3ea, 7 bags of cilantro @ $2 ea, 7 bunches of chives @$1.50 ea, 37 1/2 pound bundles of asparagus @ $3.00 ea, 4 4oz bags of arugula @ $4.00 ea and 11 bunches of radishes at $2.00 ea
We also had a selection of dried herbs for $2 a bag, garlic powder at $3.50 a 1oz jar, some veg seeds and catnip tha sold pretty well as well.
I doubt we will have as much to take next week as there will be no spinach and not as much asparagus. Nice to be making money again
