Looking for seeds for my edible garden in exchange for anything you would like from The Netherlands, or I'll pay all the post (and/or other) costs. I'm looking especially for seeds of:
Beach Plum (Prunus maritima), American Plum (Prunus americana), Western Sandcherry (Prunus besseyii, or P.pumila), Dwarf Russian Almond (Prunus tenella), Siberian apricot (Prunus sibirica, or P.armeniaca. var sibirica L.), Schisandra chinensis, Buffaloberry (Shepherdia) Diospyros Asimina triloba (paw-paw) Poncirus trifoliata
For people who like to exchange seeds, i have (or will have them fresh in a matter of weeks) seeds from: Olive cucumber Ebbing's Silverberry Damson plum Cherry plum (red skin with yellow flesh) Gojiberry Sea-buckthorn Seeds from herbs Seeds from flowers
I have two small children, (third is on it's way) and i enjoy strolling through the garden and teach them about fruit and just let them enjoy the taste of lovely fresh fruit. I love grafting my own fruit trees and will plant some exciting new trees this fall (keep them in containers for now) when they are strong enough.
I hope for some response! Thank you for reading this thread and all the best to you!
Paulien

I've bought seeds from them a number of times with mixed results. There's a good chance that the problem was on my end with cold stratification. I often ended up with seeds rotting in the baggies. When I stopped using peat based products and switched to slightly moistened vermiculite, my germination results improved greatly.

Never used that methode, i sow seeds that need cold stratification in my own mixture of soil and put them outside for winter. Also with mixed results. But there's always some peat in my mixtures, so maybe i should try vermiculite too. Thanks for the info Mike!
