I'll be doing some work with skirret starting next year and I'm wondering if there are seeds available from sources closer to its origin. I have some seeds from plants in North America and Europe, but since it is an east-Asian plant, I'd like to find some alternative sources. I'd be particularly interested in wild seed. I've also seen references to the past use of skirret for sugar production in Japan and China. It wonder if they had particular varieties for that.
Anyway, if you know of any sources, please let me know. I have the USDA accessions and some that originally came from Amishland Seeds and Magic Garden Seeds.
