I was wondering when I got my onion plant catalog this week if it is possible to grow short day onions in a high tunnel in the north. What is the minimum survival temp and what would their growth rate/maturity date be?

Minnie, love the squash.
I plant "short day" onions here in the fall for early spring. Of course it doesn't snow here, so I dunno about the high tunnel. If the April temps are hot...these go straight to bolt, so I have to watch them carefully. I plant from seed.
