Hi,
i'm interested by tree collard but i'm a bit lost in all infos about it.
As i've understood, tree collard is different from walking stick cabbage, and should be more palatable.
Most info about them come from UK or Ca, so it seems it's just hardy to zone 8. Have you any experience growing it successfully in zone 7 or lower ? (My min temp are usually -12/-15°C 5-10°F)
And i'm in search of an European source for plants/cuttings of tree collard, if anyone is aware of it
This plant is so beautiful and seems perfect for some polycultures ...

My plants were damaged this year by an overnight temperature of 17F/-8C, but survived. That is unusually cold for here, so I don't know how much more they could take.
