Yes, thanks verdeperto. I could probably use the deeper taproot, being in the desert. I will try to get these olives started from seed, I have enough with which to experiment with different scarifications. When I do get ready to prune I will consider trying to root some cuttings. What part of the world are you located?

On the f1, they do seem to produce "wide dissimilarities". Excellent sense of humor, steev.

Arberqina is known for being small and low vigor tree. Very productive and early. It is used in superintensive systems (hedge), which also implies flexible branches. Very mild tasting oil, good green olives.
Best scarification is to use a bird (chicken), but better to use cuttings and graft.
