I had some problems with my harvesting this year. I tried to get the neighbor farmer to dig them but he ended up not being able to get down the road. So by the time I dug them myself it was cold. I put them in a greenhouse in the garage with a heater for 3 days. Then I turned it off and a day later just stacked the boxes in the garage or shed. The ones I took to market yesterday had some sprouts. What should I do?

Even the organic ones I bought to eat from the store sprouted this week in my kitchen!
