I was using photobucket and hated it. All the advertising junk was a pain, it slowed down loading and popped up in the middle of working. I switched to Google photos. It is just part of my google email, google docs and all that junk. All you have to do is upload, click to display an particular image then right click to copy the url. Lots less steps and it goes quick.

Well, it seems Flickr has updated it's layout and now the photo sharing button is missing. Anyone know where they've hidden it?

Never mind, the button has returned...strange. Disregard the above comment!

So.... This is kinda like how it is supposed to look huh? Step 1 is accomplished. Fairly easy on the computer using 2 screens. I would like to do this on the Ipad --- but alternating between tabs for ProBoards and Flikr I keep getting logged out...

Not sure what happened there. The " s20.postimage.org/mt9q4ynxl/image.jpg" part is all you need. Paste that into the dialog box for adding an image. I use the text from the box that says "Direct Link".

Just a test. Looks like it worked finally! Oldmobie's postimage.org screenshot was helpful.

Thanks keen101 (Biolumo / Andrew B.)! That's Indigo Blue Beauty. I tried it for the first time this year and I think it's my new "favorite" tomato. I especially like the little beak on this one. I wonder if I could select for that trait. I'm in the SF Bay Area.

I wonder if I could select for that trait. I'm in the SF Bay Area. Nice. Through generous donations from this forum (that actually might be how i originally found the forum actually) i grew some P20 blue tomatoes which was the precursor to other blue tomatoes released from OSU (Oregon State University) and eventually the indigo rose and other indigo lines. I may need to request or purchase some new seeds as i no longer have any of the P20 blue seeds, but i figure by now the strain has probably been much improved. I also like the little beak. You should at least try selecting for it if possible as i find it quite charming.

I've been unwillingly moved by google to their google photos from picasa. I've just tried to post some photos - member Rowan can see them, Nicolas and Steev can't. Any suggestions? Post is coloured carrots in Apiaceae board. T

I can't see them either. I hated photobucket so switched to google and had the same problem. Apparently they don't want you to use their service as a image host. I'm back to photobucket. I know, I know, you can pay for better service from photobucket but just not gonna do it. I have been thinking about setting up a website of my own just to host pictures. Maybe I'll get to that when outdoor work slows down.
