Interesting idea to have a breeding club for each area to produce potatoes specific to that area, resistant to the local pests.
The author also offers two other books he has written on plant breeding, and hopes for donations.

Can't get it to download T There is a link buried on that page to a form where you have to submit your email address and then they send you a download link. press.uchicago.edu/books/freeEbook.html takes you directly to that form. |

Yep, android doesn't recognise the download file - I've emailed them so might get a response after easter.
