I have just come across this free plant biotechnology course that seems to be quite interesting and covers a lot of the techniques and information that somebody might want to learn (even if you never use it) if they want to know more about things like virus removal, micro propagation and tissue culture (I once bought a tissue culture kit but have never opened it, lol).
