With the never ending rain, my garden is full of grass, onions have died back & I picked a few today & the outer layers are wet & deteriorating. If I pull them & dry them do you think they will last or with the outer layers soft are they likely to continue to decay? Maybe I should harvest all I can, chop & freeze them. What do you think?

The outer layer protects everything inside that so they won't keep. You either have to use them right away or find an alternative method of keeping them.

My grass would choke out your thistles & bindweed. In that case, please send grass at your earliest convenience...
