• Alexanders (Smyrnium Olusatrum)
• Black marshmallow (Malva mauretanica)
• Blue giant hyssop (Agastache foeniculum)
• Catnip (Nepeta Cataria)
• Caucasian climbing spinach (Hablitzia Tamnoides)
• Clary sage (Salvia sclarea)
• Green Globe Artichoke (Cynara scolymus)
• Musk Mallow (Malva moschata)
• Patience dock (Rumex patientia)
• Radish Brauner Fridolin: 10 to 15 cm long, conical, with brownish-gray skin. A unique radish from Germany
• Siberian Motherwort (Leonurus sibiricus)
• Turkish rocket (Bunias orientalis)
• Wild fennel (Foeniculum vulgare)
Grexes & blends
• Sweet basil: Genovese types
• Lettuce: Opsala
Since 1995 I have been crossing all kinds of crispy lettuce types, like romaine , iceberg, batavia - selecting strictly for disease resistance, slow bolting and firm roots.
• Cabbage Corrado: savoy x white cabbage x red cabbage. A whole range of shades and sizes, cropping over a long period.
• Winter cauliflower x winter broccoli
• Amaranth, blend
• Rainbow chard
• Winter squash: Kabocha grex
the classic Japanese culinary pumpkin, in shades of green, orange and gray - plus everything in between
• Winter squash: Dollop grex
Our sweetest pumpkins so far! Parents include Sweet Dumpling and Melonette Jaspée de Vendée. The fruits weigh between 500 g and 1000 g; for desserts rather than for soup!
• Cutting Celery grex: including types with curly leaves and red stems
• Kale grex: mostly perennial types (you can even propagate them by cuttings) and a regular curly kale.
