Hello all you Canucks:
Is there anyone out there with the TRUE Grey and/or French shallot who could send me a few? I just looked at the price at Richters ($18/250g, before shipping costs!) and had a small seizure. I would be happy to pay for the shipping, given their weight. I don't need arf a pound either; just a couple would do. NOT looking for potato onions, modern hybrids, etc.
I would like to grow them out next to my seed-grown shallot project for comparison purposes. I should have a list of seed for trade up within about 2 weeks, I hope.
Looking for Canadians due to border crossing/shipping cost issues.
