Thanks for the link. I have often thought that it was a dumb idea to eat probiotics in pill form: Because they are genetically uniform strains rather than the diversity that wild-crafted strains of probiotics would contain. I've been thinking that it's time for me to stop growing grains as varieties, and to start growing them landrace style... Maybe next year...
