I like white or sweet onions and wanted to find some of these, particularly the Fleeners. Anyone know where I can find some here in the states?

Good luck on finding Fleeners. As mentioned on another thread here, they seem to have been wiped out by a series of bad winters. I contacted the original source, and he not only lost his, but says those he sent stock (those who answered his letters) lost theirs too. There is an SSE member who offers an onion under the name of Fleeners, but it is not the original (as confirmed by both myself, and the source).
McCullars is fairly common in the seed saving community. I grow it, but won't have any topsets to share until late Summer.

I got the 'Fleener's' from SSE exchange a few years ago but it is not it. I'm fairly certain it is McCullar's Topset. We have had a very mild winter here and the are already starting to form topsets. It makes me wonder if they are McCullar's or not. zeedman have yours ever formed this early? I can send you some topsets in a month or so if you remind me.

I got 6 very small Heritage from Egyptianonions.com last fall along with 20 Catawissas even though they were out of stock at the time. The Heritage white are making topsets, along with whatever variety Southern Exposure (topsets, not bulbs) sells. Hopefully I have enough of the Heritage to build a population of them even if I can't find more. I have 3 batches of EWO, unnamed varieties, two from topsets off eBay and one set of bulbs given to me locally, to go along with the Catawissas and Heritage age from Egyptianonions.com. Maybe some more will show up on eBay this spring and later in the summer. Guess who's still wait and see, and it seems like I do a lot of that!
